Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Return Policy


We know you are eager to recieve your items ordered and we appricaite your business. All in stock orders will be processed within 48 hours, transit time will vary depending on the carrier selected when you check out. 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders recieved Saturday, Sunday or on a Holiday, will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed weekends and major Holiday's.

We are closed during the week on Memorial Day. May 20- May 30, 2016

If you are needing an item sooner, you may contact us by phone, email or in the notes section of your order.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Custom Orders:

When you place a custom order, it is made for you, therefore not returnable. Based on the company, the item may allow for adjustments. The manufacture information is describe in the description. Changing/Cancelling Orders:
Once you click the "Confirm Order" button, the fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.



Please check your order upon receipt. Damages and shortages must be reported to us immediately so that Customer Service can correct any problems. For damaged items, you must save all packing material and items for inspection. A Customer Service representative will contact the delivering carrier immediately on your behalf. If an item was ordered incorrectly or you have changed your mind and would like to order a different item, please contact customer service at:



Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for returns and exchanges unless it was our error. Returns will be processed and may take up to three days. Your refund may be refunded in the form or a credit back to your card or by check. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of the return item back to Big Skye Pet Supplies. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by shipping department, a credit will be applied to your account or a check will be mailed.


Shipping and handling of the new items will be applied to the new order.



Your business is appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused and re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt along with the original pack slip. All tags must be attached. We only accept returns that are 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. No price tag residue, dog fur or demarcation of any kind can be accepted. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be refused. Your item will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. This does not include shipping and handling charges. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Items received as gifts can be returned for exchange only. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

Items showing signs of use are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Drop-Ship items are not returnable, check with a Customer Service before ordering these items. Prices are subject to change without notice. Big Skye Pet Supplies also disclaims responsibility for the use or misuse of products and the methods of use described on this website. The manufacturers label should always be followed. We are not authorized to recommend any deviation from label usage. Comments and statements regarding products on our website are intended to be correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. The customer should be guided solely by their own judgment and opinion coupled with professional veterinary advice which should be sought in animal health matters.

International shipping

We do ship internationally. If your country is not listed, you may contact us and we will look into shipping to your country.

There are certain items that may not be allowed to ship to your country. Please review your countries rules and regulations before placing your order. 


Product Avalibility

We are a mobile store as well as an online retailer. In stock items maybe sold at a show we are at and the stock on hand may no longer be avalable to ship. Your item you order will ship as soon as we get new stock in. If you would like to know if a product is in stock before you place your order, please email us at info@bigskyepetsupplies.com.
